Third year reading Biology at University of Oxford with an interest in synthetic and systems biology. At A-level, I studied Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Music, with an EPQ in Senescence and Ageing, achieving A*s in all. I have cumulatively First-class grades in my university examinations so far.
With over 5 years of tutoring experience—from teaching piano to students aged 6 through to adults, to tutoring GCSE and A-level science students—I have helped students improve from C to A/A* and supported students in meeting offers for Russell Group universities, including KCL and Durham. I particularly enjoy working with students passionate about the world around them, aiming to achieve top grades or competitive university courses, and I take pride in mentoring and helping students build confidence and academic independence.
In my spare time I like to stay physically active and play the sax with my function band at events across Oxford!
My interest in science stems from applications in areas such as medicine, engineering, agriculture, and technology. I aim to explore these areas with students, bridging abstract exam content and its real significance.

I'm currently leading a team in a synthetic biology developing new biopesticides to treat pests of Honey bees.
I am a lover of all kinds of music, from jazz, R&B, classical, to even writing my own music. I've also spent 10+ years doing kung-fu :))

Helps child build sustainable learning habits.
Students aren’t passive listeners. They ask questions, solve problems live, and engage with peers.
Missed a session? Every class is recorded so your child can rewatch tricky topics at their own pace.
